Account Deletion Request

Tymex allows you to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Use one of the options below and we will verify your identity before completing the request.

How to request deletion

  1. In-app (if available): Open Tymex → Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the prompts.
  2. Email request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your Tymex ID, phone number, and the email tied to your account.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone, photo, address).
  • Child profiles and associated media.
  • Babysitting requests, listings, and messages.
  • Time wallet balances and marketplace activity history.

What we may retain

We may retain limited data where required by law or for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and financial recordkeeping. This includes transaction records, payout logs, and billing history.

Retention period

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Financial and compliance records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by law.
